FM Studio worked closely with the architect and the client for Paces Valley to ensure that the construction matched the high level of design by Matt Finn at Cognitive Design, out of Atlanta. Some of the features and details that went into the full-scale owner’s suite addition/renovation to this residence in a prominent Atlanta neighborhood included a new bedroom with seating area, double walk-in closets, custom doors/windows, and steel railings. The impressive spa-like master bath features book-matched floor-to-ceiling marble walls, a soaking tub, separate shower area, custom cabinets, built ins and make-up storage, and abundant natural light from a custom-made skylight.
